Dust to DustYour body, like everything else in the known universe is made of elements. If you were to separate all of the elements in your body and put all 59 of them in a pile, it would look rather insignificant. Since these elements represent the sum of everything we are, one would think we would revere these elements above all else. Everyone knows this is not the case, but it should be. It seems easy for us to comprehend the value of elements like iron, tin, copper and carbon when it comes to making machines to help us in our everyday life but somehow we fail to recognize these elements are critical to our very survival. Every day our bodies struggle to get enough essential elements to get it through another day. Each day our bodies must build millions of cells in order to keep us alive. Every day of nutritional deficits leads to a shorter, less pleasant life. Incomplete nutrition means unhealthy cells which in turn leads to an accelerated breakdown of our metabolic systems. Today we have never had a greater abundance of food but paradoxically, we have never had a greater deficit of essential elements in our natural foods. The commercially growing of food is a business and the emphasis is on quantity and appearance, the things that sell not on the things that are important. Ideally all of our nutrition should come from food. Because of our position on the top of the food chain, our elemental building blocks need to be pre-assembled by other living entities. The kinds of essential elements we need make their way into our food chain as phytochemicals. Phytochemicals are elements that are arranged by healthy plants. Given the current condition of our food supply, we are left with no alternative but to supplement our diets with nutritional compounds. The kinds of compounds you choose will make the difference in how you feel for the rest of your life. Fortunately, the discovery by Tom Clark over 90 years ago gave us a phytochemical system for delivering essential elements in forms our bodies can use. The foundation of this system is available today as T. J. Clark's Legendary Colloidal Minerals.
